(11:16:26) Hadlee. The woman had huddled herself in a ball shortly into the night. While her sister pranced off at some point, she was left to nurse her wounds and the pain that was there. Now with only a stump to call her own, it seemed as if she was gifted something that she would not have had before. Only time would grace her with a way to heal her mind, but she had an understanding of the stupidity that some often held. That was given with Vadimir and she was sure it would be given to the other boy as well. Despite her caution and her understanding, this was only the first of many other situations that would surely come from them. She was sure of it. So, in the morning light, Hadlee remained still. If anything perhaps they would overlook her for something else. If a statue was as easy to forget about, perhaps Hadlee could be just like that. If her want to remain with her lost sister hadn't been so sure, she would have ran like the wind away from these men and their pain. <c> (11:17:10) Hadlee. It was Cinnema that kept her all too close. It was her sister that would force her to keep coming back and she knew that. So, for now, she would remain with the pain and the lack of comfort if only to grow closer to the girl she thought she had lost.<d>
(11:23:00) Drakov: Pale male was tucked away against the edges of the den. Concealed away under the shade of it's structure, and that of the nearby trees. Tonight was likely the first night he'd had a decent sleep. Little tossing and turning, even less waking up to any little bitty sound there was to be had. Simply because.. He'd had a good work out the day before, and was able to relax in the company of brother. Overly pleased with finding out what he'd missed while out with Zod. As if a wave of reflief had overtaken him. Not because he doubted his brothers loyalty or abilities, but because it'd just been so long since he'd had it it was difficult to break from the stiffened attitude he'd had before. But now? Now he was oh so content, oh so relaxed. Well. Ya know. Until the sun finally got on his nerves and stirred him to wake in full.[c] (11:27:45) Drakov: Shoulders rolled, body arching as he pulled to his feet in a big stretch. Bastard would peel his way out of the shadows, gaze lingering about the immediate area to take note of any present. Though, he couldn't help attention locking on the new female. Hrm.. Creepy and awkward as he always was, Drak strolled ever closer before settling rump to the ground but a foot away from the curled up tight woman. Head leaned in to prod nose along her frame and wiff up what he could. But he didn't speak just yet, and clearly hadn't a care for if she was asleep or not. With a snort he'd pull back, and eye the remains of the carcass he'd dragged home the night prior, before looking back at her tail. HRMMM.... With a light groan, male walked on over to the meal and dragged it closer to the girl. Flopping it right infront of her face. "Eh, Had-lee? Zat right? Eat."[c] (11:30:27) Drakov: Like it needed further emphasis, nose would push at the remains, slightly rolling it closer from the force but it flopped back into place. Expression held a look like-Yaknow? food? Omnomn? Head shook, tongue flicking across his now bloody nose as he motioned towards her back side and floped to the ground with a thud. Once again.. Not a care for personal space or concern, the pale monster would go about licking her nasty looking wound. Gross. Why hadn't Cin did this? They wanted lessons to be learned, not infection to kill the bitch off. If they wanted her dead they'd just kill her themselves not deal with a slowly dieing stinking corpse lounging about. Pfft.[e]
(11:40:16) Hadlee. The woman remained there in her own world, staring forward as she did so. While her mind wandered far away, it seemed as if she weren't so lucky. It took only moments for the man to return to case her more trauma. She was sure of it. Though her mind wanted her to curl further and find a hiding place within her own fluff, she knew far better. The woman pulled herself free, allowing for her body to spread against the soil. Her eyes turned up to the man with very little emotion. Even as he pushed his nose to her, she did not move. A tensed body would only come as he moved to get the food. With a long breath escaped her lips, she returned to her calmed mask with his own return. Her dull eyes turned up to him and down to the food. Though she allowed her nose to lower down to the food, she did not take a bite just yet. "I'm forced to mutilate myself and then I'm cared for?" Her words were not crule as she spoke out. Instead, she was looking for an answer. <c> (11:41:24) Hadlee wanted nothing more than to understand what was going through the man's mind. It wasn't that simple and Hadlee knew that all too well. Still, she did not fight it too much. The growing ache in her stomach forced her to take a bite of the food that he offered. What else could she do? She was stuck in this life. The woman had to keep herself alive.<d>
(11:50:39) Drakov: Paws paused him mid-step after ushering forth the meal. Gaze stiff and staring out at nothing in particular. A growl was subdued in response to her questioning, instead replaced with a long exhale. Body would shake it'self out then continue forth again to go about the task of cleaning her wound. Only once he'd flopped down would he finally speak . "Vhat is life but exactly that? Nossing but pain and hardship, for little gain. Da?" Oh so he saw it. "Was your pain atleast worth zey gain you recieved?" He liked to assume, considering she was still here. Tongue flicked across her nub a number of times, licking away the dirty scabs to clean out the wound. When he was finally done, the white monster would push himself alittle further from the woman and roll to his side. Eyes trailing out towards the cliff edge, and where mountains and forest could be seen for miles. [c] (11:55:47) Drakov: "Mine brosser und I, we are willing to give our lives for each other. We've endured much harsher pains zen simply our tails." Little nub of his own would sway a tad. "We intent to do zey same for those who follow us. So tell me... Why would I give mine life for someone who wouldn't even give zere tail for zere own seester?" Despite there assholey ways, there... peculiar logic. There hostile nature. It was simply how they knew to handle things. How they knew to survive. And there was no way in hell they were going to protect and feed someone who had nothing to offer them in return.[e]
(12:05:13) Hadlee. The woman watched the man as he moved around her. There was no fear in the way that she sat. Instead, there was a curiosity that she could not have hid if she wanted to. When he first spoke, she was left in a silence. Her tail was worth it all along. Family was worth her whole life. That was why her tail was something easy to give. While a sigh curled over her lips, she found an almost comfort in her words. While she took bites of the meat, she allowed for the man to clean the wounds. If she had pulled away, would have attacked her? Possibly. There was no use to risk it. So, she allowed for him to do as he wished. "So, you're saying that after taking my own tail, you would give your life for me?" Her tail was a fine price for the protection of the man. "Would you do the same for my sister?" Surely if she was so intent on staying with them. Only when the meal was done did she turn back. Her tongue wrapped around her lips, finding the blood there.<c> (12:06:11) Hadlee. Cleaning herself was not the priority. Finding the secrets that the man held was where her mind was. "What is your name?" There was no strength in her words. Instead, the simple and calmed state ran over her. <d>
(12:13:13) Drakov: Lip curled at her words, though this time it was in humor. A toothy smirk, that she wouldn't see unless looking back at him. Course his light chuckle probubly made it evident enough. "No girl. I vould not give mine life for your tail. I vould give mine life for your loyalty, to which you hold for your seester. You give your tail for her, she gives her life for me. I give mine life to her, und to you. " Or so was the concept. But then again this was mostly for the sake of explaining. "I give as much as i'm given. For now, you get your seester, for giving your tail. You get food und protection. But mine life? It vill take more zen your tail to have zat." Cin however... Hrm.. She had a mouth on, and a spitfire attitude that needed some work. But.. Frankly that was one of the reasons he enjoyed her so thoroughly.[c] (12:17:45) Drakov: Had she paid her dues? Had she done enough to earn his life? "Your seester... " Brows furrowed. She was like a teeter totter that's what she was... Growl echoed out at last, rather than words. Head would shake , paired up wtih a dismissing snort before male shuffled to his feet. Completely bipassing finishing his words, and instead moving on to her next question. "Mine name is Drakovski. Why is it you und Cin were seperated?" Yea there we go. Let's flip questions. [e]
(12:21:17) Hadlee looked up to him, trying to clean all that remained caked to her lips. Though she knew that this was useless for the time, it was a qay to keep her mouth from running itself. Instead of the worry that she gave to herself, she watched the man and heard his questions. It all made sense to her. There was no loyalty when it came to Hadlee and the man. Time would possibly turn this, but it was an uncertainty that she was unsure with. Instead of speaking out on his explination, she gave a nod to his cooled words. Her life was not worth his and it worked the same the other way around. She knew that all too well. When it came to her sister? Well, that seemed to be a different story. There was something behind the words that the man spoke. Cinn seemed to be something to him far more than just a game of loyaty. No matter, she allowed the man his uncomfortable growl for a chance at peace of her own. A soft sigh escaped her lips only to be brought back when he spoke his name.<c> (12:25:37) Hadlee. Those dulled eyes turned up to the man so that she might catch his response when she told the story. "Our parents split when we were young. While Cinn traveled with our father, I stayed with our mother." It was simple as that, but she continued on with more detail than she should have. "Our parents were one in the same though. While our father left her, our mother tossed me aside the first chance that she got. Too many bad memories." A dismissive breath was given at the end of her not so tragic story. Though for most it would have been something to haunt them, it was something that Hadlee had little care for. She had survived all this time on her own. What good were her parents?<d>
(12:31:37) Drakov: Rump had settled on the ground below, sitting in a way that pointed him away from the girl, but head was tilted to the side just enough that gaze could flick to the corner of his eyes and look apon the girl if he so chose. Was there something behind him and Cin? Probubly. Had he a clue? Fuck no. It was humorous really. He held such deep logic understand for some things. This system of concept, so many gears working in such a sensible way to him. But when it came to shit like this? He was oblivious as ever. Just as he was painfully oblivious to Cin's pregnancy. Simply because.. He was not familiar with such things. It didn't play into his idea that everything was blunt brutal and painful, and you just had to kick its ass and move on. This was foreign land. Certainly though, time would open his eyes. How he would react however was a different question entirely.[c] (12:38:41) Drakov: For now, he focus on what he was familiar and comfortable with. Would he ever offer his life for hers? Sure. It possible for any to obtain such a thing. But it wasn't something that came easily in the slightest. Why would it? He'd worked so hard to preserve his life this long. Being battered and abused since his eyes opened. Girls response didn't bring forth much of a reaction. He was there when Cin was ditched yet again by her father. She was no better when talking about him. Allowing the past to be a 'burden'. Something upsetting, something to make you weak. Drak took strength from his history. A reason to fight harder. A reason to take pride in his existance after his hardships. Why wouldn't they? She'd survived dumped from mother. Why not talk about it as if it was an accomplishment in life? He didn't understand these women. Hohum. Cin was actually told his feelings, though. Given a nice pounding to force her out of her pathetic depressive hole. "I am glad you found each ozzer."[c] (12:40:39) Drakov: Flat neutral tone as it were, he knew how pleased he was to finally reunite with Vadimir. Shoulders rolled, and hind limbs pushed him to stand. "I'm going to go excercise. Please. Eat more." Take advantage of the clouds blocking the sun light, and the feel of cool water against his skin. He was going to go fight the current of the waterfalls! [e]
