Finally, A Home (12:44:01) Cinnema had woken up early in the morning, curled up beside the log with Vaska's stolen tail between her paws. Something was a little different about her now, as if doing an initiation yesterday and tasting the blood of the dark woman had really made her further entangled with what the pack was. As she woke she could still taste the blood from the ceremony of sorts, quite a bit smeared on her fur, and she found that..she only minded a little. And moreso about the stains in her pelt. Leaving her prize stashed right up against the side of the temporary shelter she stood and went to the lake to wash, cleaning her physically but not quite mentally. It was far too late for that, and while some of her past self remained she was almost completely different than she had been way back in Vale. After her quick dip she'd shake the water from her pelt and return to the courtyard, quick glance of green eyes to make sure her toy had not been disturbed. Satisfied that it hadn't been, (c) (12:48:30) Cinnema would turn her gaze upon the yard. Sigh, if only they would be informed of the place they'd found to stay so that she wouldn't have to stay here any longer. It was irritating to her that they were still in this spot, far too insecure for her liking. Shaking her head to rid her of those thoughts, the queen would step over to the log and retrieve the severed apendage and toss it in the air a couple times with a wag of her own tail, playing with it as if that was totally normal! But for Vechnyy it was. (e)(12:52:07) Nida was there at the courtyard. Shocker. Her bloodshot eyes sift through the surrounding area as though half expecting something spontaneous. And it -indeed- came to the husky woman in the form of miss mint -- err, Cinn, she meant -- washing stained blood off her fur. Those inquisitive eyes trailed the she-wolf the whole way to her 'trophy' she'd flaunted proudly with play, and a gusty sigh parted from the Canadian's parted lips; the idea of becoming a part of this dysfunctional family without fuss was a difficult concept to accept in and of itself. Alas .. here Nida is, with the growing pack. " Cin .." she breathed effortlessly, clambering to fours, " I haven't seen you in forever." Great icebreaker there.(12:58:21) Cortés pushed himself toward home, having gone off scouting once more. Just to learn the lay of the land again. It had been a while since he'd been in Yellowstone. During his younger days he'd roamed the area with ease. Now that he was older, unfortunately his memory of the place had begun to fade. So during the dawn's early light, he took the time to explore his surroundings, and even visit the den that both he and, he assumed Vadimir, liked. He wondered if Vadimir told the group, and if so, why was it taking so long for them to move on. He twisted his lip slightly as he came upon the vicinity of the makeshift home. "Hola, mi familia," he greeted quickly. He spied the Queen and another familiar face. Well...not too familiar unfortunately. Cortes rolled his shoulders then, stepping closer and offering asmile to each lady. "Hello, ladies." He lowered his butt, sitting down with a satisfied thud. "I am curious aas to why we're still here," he'd ask, directing the question at the Queen. "--- (12:58:30) Cortés---"Did Mi Maestro not tell you of the den we had come across? I am curious as to what you think."(13:01:24) Drakov: Drak had been passed out idek where, shockingly enough. But yesterdays travels actually had him alittle beat. Anywho! All the commotion about caused Drak to stir from slumber, more specifically... Cort's arrival and talk of a den. Pale beast stretched himself out and crawled out of whatever nook he'd been hiding in from the sun. "A den you say?" Tone drolled out likely before he was even in sight, though once he was he paced directly to the brown male and allowed rump to settle on the earth in eager anticipation of his findings. It seemed his choice of testing the male was not an ill choice. He was proving quit capable.(13:32:31) Vaska had been near by the log licking the wounds she had been gifted the previous night. They were still incredibly painful, but at least they were begining to scab over. She only ceased what she was doing once she found a gathering of people forming. Vaska curiosuly rose to her feet to come check out what was going on. Amethyst eyes strayed between a woman she had never met before, the Queen who's name she didn't actually know, Cortes, and... Vadimir? No, no, that wasn't Vadimir was it? She'd never met this male before. Hm. The dark woman wondered if this was the brother the Tsar had mentioned upon meeting him. Vaska kept her mouth shut as she continued to scan over her new pack, trying to take in everyone. (13:33:58) Cinnema had obviously not noticed Nida until her old friend moved, causing red ears to swivel in that direction and head would turn after catching the tail so it didn't simply plop down on the ground. Her tail would wave briefly at the called out greeting, not hesitating to step up and clear distance between them, sniffing the woman all over before rubbing her cheek against the others. "No, we haven't. You're well, though?" words came slightly muffled around the tail in her jaws. Even though she'd been neglecting Nida, Cin still liked to make sure that everything was good. Red ears twitched a moment, as she remembered something. "Oh, Nida dear, do you remember Molly? She came about not too awfully long ago, looking for you. I'm not sure if she's around here anymore though, but I thought I'd mention it." Probably a bit too late for that, considering when that had happened. The queen's head would turn as Cortes came up, her tail wagging as he did. Head would tilt slightly at his words, (c) (13:34:46) Cinnema's head dipping for a moment to drop her possession at her paws so that she could speak better. Fur definitely didn't aid speech. "No, I hadn't heard." She would have kept talking if it weren't for big fluff marshmallow waking and coming to join them. With little heed to anyone else she was picking up the tail and moving herself to sit next to him, tail flopping against the ground a few times and shoulder leaning against his, even as eyes were focused on Cort to hear what he had to say. A new place to live was definitely exciting!! Finally. She didn't even notice Vaska off to the side when she stood to pay attention, focused as she was and wanting to know where they'd be off to. (e)(13:42:12) Nida concedes a deep guttural sound. Her bottle-brushed tail sways monotonously and tentatively at Cinn sparing a bit of attention onto her. Hooray, sempai noticed her! Her face returned a nudge leading to licks and nips to her long-time friend. A drop of interest arose, " mm, yes. Good to see you again." Nida does, though, balk at the name and cant her head purposely to Cinn after a sit was arranged for her character, " ahh .. yes, Zod told me." An ear twitch toward the approach of Cortes, Drak, and .. some wolf she doesn't know. A snort. Regardless if a new place has been found .. it wouldn't stand in the stead of Cascades, their official home. (13:45:38) Cortés smiled to each, though inwardly he felt awful. His Master hadn't spoken a word, and it wasn't the man's fault though. This had been his task, and he should have taken responsibility and came by himself tto deliver the word. No matter, he would make up for it in time. Now though, at least now he could make them happy with the wonderful news. "Si. It is north of here. It is by plentiful water. It has firm grounds for training, and a large shelter for the rainfall." He turned, spying the girl's new marks. It would seem she was fresh. A newbie among Vechnyy. He'd flick his chin in her direction, his eye narrowing. "Chica, please take la familia to this den, see to it they have a safe travel." He'd turn to look upon the King and Queen. "I shall join you all shortly, I wish to bestow una banquete. Feast for la familia." He'd stand up then. A dip of his skull, he'd trot off to go hunt. (13:52:23) Drakov: Tail flicked at sudden contact of Cin, swaying mildly though he was quit focused on Cort and his findings. Oh, very good to know. He was oh so curious since the first day, whether or not they'd found anything of importance. A nod of head was given, matched up with a feint smile. "Sank you, Cort. Before you go, I vish to inform you zat you are now promoted to Soldat. Be careful." After words were bestowed, sights would shift from the male to one of there new members, Vaska. A questioning glance was passed on, judging over her, before he'd shift to motion out had she not already begun to do such. "Anyvone who vishes to come, stick close. If not.. Stay behind so as to direct ze rest of ze pack. Follow our scents. I shall return, once we've made claim." AND OFF THEYWENT(14:11:27) Vaska stood quietly listening to her new family speak about moving. This was the initial reason they had struck a deal with her. She remembered showing them a den that Vadimir and Cortes had been fond of, and wondered if that's where they were going. Only when Cortes adressed her did she perk up, a forced smile was spread across her face and she gave a nod. The dark woman would be happy to lead her new family to their new possible home. "Okay, sir!" She called confidently towards the spaniard with a nod. If it wasn't too painful to do so, Vaska would have wagged her stump of a tail excitedly. Her first task as a member of the pack! The dark woman stepped quickly to take the lead to their new den, and paused to wait for everyone. "Whenever you are ready to go let me know!" Her soft voice spoke towards the others. When one of the Tsar's promoted the conquistador to a new rank, Vaska made a mental note to congratulate him later. >> (14:12:24) Vaska-- She also made a mental note to ask about the ranks above her in the pack. The woman was a newbie after all and if she wanted to fit in she needed to learn about Vechnyy and it's customs. <d> (14:14:23) Smug was on a morning run, tracing the borders of their meager territory. It felt good to be back at near 100% again. And man, running was the best. Warmth had spread through her achy muscles, healing them and invigorating her. Heading back towards the courtyard, she was met with a flurry of activity and a small gathering of pack members. Pace slowed to a walk as she entered, hovering at the edge to investigate without interfering. Ears caught the last words that Cortes announced before he retreated. Woman perked up instantly. A new home? FINALLY. Olive gaze then found the Tsar and Cinn as he spoke to the others. A stranger was with them, another female. Seems they had been attracting a lot of newcomers lately... It was no surprise they needed a real den and a bigger territory to claim as their own. Nida was last for eyes to fall upon, but brought a touch of a smile to the earthen-toned woman. Paws carried her farther into the clearing as Drakov called that they were moving. -c- (14:14:37) Smug moved over to walk with Nida should she allow it and would aim a nose to the cheek after a moment's hesitation in greeting. Smug still wasn't quite used to such free contact. -f- (14:23:20) Cinnema would nod in response to Nida, tilting her head and considering for a moment. Zod had said something about it? Huh, seemed she was late to know that then. Oh well. Attention stolen by the news of the den they'd found. So then, all that was left was to claim it, right? BRUH LETS GO. She was nearly upon her paws even before Drakov was on his, giving him a not too gentle and excited nudge with her shoulder. Eyes would cast to Vaska, a grin on her lips before she'd bend to pick up the woman's tail and take light steps to follow the Tsar. Her eyes would cast to the others, assuming they'd follow as well, before she found herself slipping to the back of their search party and nudge them along. Mainly so that she could watch all their backs and make sure no one got lost, even though she wasn't at Drak's side. Oh well, it was purposeful and putting the pack first. Surely once they got there and claimed some would go back to retrieve the others, but until then. ONWARD!(14:27:38) Nida eyed the newbie. The rims around her eyes narrowed to its scrutinizing squint to give a wanton up and down look -- closely this time. She'd noticed the signature wounds to her person, and immediately rationalized what had happened in her absence. Nida snaps out of this assessment soon as Smug shows out of the blue and noses into her cheek fluff leading to a face of surprise. " When did you get here?" A playful nip to her ear, tail assuming a spastic sway. She sees Cortes off with a motioned nod. There's so much going on! But the little smoochie nonsense and proximity of Cin and Drak - they've gotten awfully cozy with public affection! - wasn't lost on Nida. " Get a room you two," teased the burly woman. Nida won't budge. She doesn't bother to, not with the remaining stragglers that was to be guided to their newly appointed 'home'.(14:43:04) Drakov: Mind wandered over a number of thoughts, but he kept it refined in his own head. "So.. North eh? Did you und Cort find zis den on our scouting trip?" Or had it been a whole new outting all together. He'd worked quit a ways north over the past few days, with no results. But then again.. He limited his travels . What good was a new home if while he was gone those behind were jumped or some other nonsense. Crazy random canines here.. Gaze would flicker mommentarily to Cin, before peering back straight. Nose ever twitching and memorizing every bit of sensing he could muster. Travels seemed to lead towards similar ground. Where the grass began to dry and wither. Was this close to that freakish woman and her child? Ohgoodie. Alittle fun and games for later. Relax there Drak, you don't even know for sure this is where we're stopping. His hopes and dread, colliding within, were starting to poke there little heads up.[c] (14:49:08) Drakov: Shhush now. Uhem. Sights lingered about and out acrossed the distance, searching for anything that might possibly be there destination. Nope.. Nope.. Trees.. Watr.. Grass... Nope... I see no big shelter?.. Were they just pulling his leg. Not funny guiz, lip curled at the thought but no sound came forth. Mildly pissy expression faded though when at long last, out in the distance, a rock formation right along the water came into view. It was set apart from the mountain slopes, all on it's lonesome right in the middle of the dry lands and grassy river path. Ooohhh. Is that it?[e](15:05:02) Cinnema. Well it seemed that perhaps she wouldn't really be needed to stand at the back, as few as were going with? Still, she was careful to keep an eye out for anything that might happen along the way. Her ears would barely catch Nida's remark before they left the area, causing Cin's ears to flick backward and her good mood on pause as the feels were escaping. When the fuck was Nida allowed to have an opinion on this..whatever it was! Blasphemy! She snorted as she shook the thought from her head, although chasing away emotions that were swimming in her gut and practically making her blush was none too easy. Geezus, woman, was that necessary?? Eugh. Now there were thoughts swirling around in her head that were distracting her from the mission, Drak's glance back at her not helping at all. FUCK what was this?! She didn't know how to deal. Attempting to focus then, because feels bring weakness!, she'd survey the area and busy herself with sniffing and memorizing scents, looking out for (c) (15:05:16) Cinnema- some big rock formation or whatever as they headed north. Which, took a while to be spotted because of the distance. She was impressed however with the size of it, the location of the river and the space that was there. Hm, destination reached? She'd wait for any sort of signal before charging off and investigating or claiming right away, whichever Drak didn't start with! Teamwork gets it done faster so the others could be brought up to the new home. (e)(15:08:45) Vaska took the lead in taking them to the den that Vadimir had marked for later. She was assuming this was the one they wanted to go to. Amethyst eyes turned every now and then to make sure that everyone that wanted to come was still following them. The dark woman also made sure to look out for enemies, because she had also promised to take them there safely. During one of these times, she noticed that Cinnema was carrying her tail around like a prize. She almost laughed out loud at the idea. At least it wasn't going to waste. At Drakov's question she nodded, "Yes, sir. Tsar Vadimir wanted me to show them some dens and this was the one that they liked." Her light voice answered as they approached the den. Once they arrived, she made sure to sniff around and make sure nobody else had claimed it while they were gone. After deciding nobody had, Vaska turned to her leaders and packmates. "This is it!"(15:14:44) Megas didn't particularly care about moving, but off they went. Megas didn't take up the back of the group because he was an omega, oh no, he was keeping pace with one of the young cubs. He wasn't particularly being obvious about it either, he was simply going a bit slower than he usually moved, his eyes on the backs of his leaders and one ear turned to listen for Yusef's paws, and just in case anything tried to swipe the young prince while their guards were down. Har har.[crap but there u go] (15:18:34) Yusef was in such a foul mood. Not angry, really, but...depressed. He knew not where they were headed and somehow, as it was with all children, he had managed to convince himself that everything that was happening was his fault, and they had all gotten together to punsih him for his insolent failure in battle, and they were going to wall him up somewhere and kill him or let him starve. His steps were decidedly less bouncy than usual, his aching head dropped low. But he followed.(15:25:56) Drakov: Ear tufts twitched, sights sights scanning about curiously. Oolala. He wasn't 100% about it just yet, but thus far.. From what he could see.. Mmm. It looked far better than anything else around here! Not quit in comparison to there home in Cascades but. This was something. Vaska's words were duly noted, a nod given in her direction. "Fan out and start marking territory." Nose went to town first and foremost on scoping the area. Assuring there were no stragglers hanging about as there had been in the other den.. Gross. No scent markers that he could tell.. Hell it didn't smell like anyone had been here in awhile. Steps carried him to the den's entrance, head peeking in through the darkness. Mm. It was kinda spacey in here wasn't it. Not that he really cared, little time was ever spent in side, but still. Good to know. Every crack and crevice was inspected before he popped back out and into the sunlight, likely just as Megas and Yus's appearance became known. He didn't know they [c] (15:29:26) Drakov: had even chosen to follow.. Hrm. Yus was given a pointed look, not aggerssion, not disappointment, not concern, or pride. Simply a very blank look. He'd watched the outcome of his spar, and while not muffled by the results, he saw no reason to offer a reaction to failure. A time would be taken in the future to go over it, to improve, and coax him in the right direction for round 2. But for now, his focus was on there new home. After little inspection had been done, bastard sauntered about to aid in marking point after point. Lil piss here, lil there. And there. HRUMF! Shoulders rolled and head craned back in a most proper stance. GUESS WHAT BITCHES. We got a territory now. No more MR NICE DRAK. Shit was gonna get real again. "Vhen you're all up to it, I vant you to scope out ze surrounding areas. See what packs, if any, are nearby."[e] (15:37:43) Cinnema's tail waved as Vas declared them to be home. Alright! Let's get down to business. As Drak went first to search and make sure there were no other people hanging about, she set to scoping the immediate area and marking all over the place. This was THEIR home now! Not anyone else's. And she'd be willing to tear any bitch a new one who questioned that. Hehee. Her head would turn to see Megas and Yusef joining them, lagging behind a bit, but still there. Tail still clasped in her jaws, she would simply nod to them before going up beside the den entrance and dropping and rolling, right exactly there. Spread allll the scent. For a moment she'd wander a bit further from the den, scanning flat landscape over to the north east, before circling back around to hear the king's proclamation. She simply came to stand beside him as he shifted posture. Hers was already its usual, tall with tail level with spine, but it felt normal again to be like this. New territory! Excitement. Her tail (c) (15:38:01) Cinnema- flicked a couple times, before the feels were creeping in again (FUCK YOU NIDA), and she shifted her gaze to look back over the part of their pack that was present. (e)(15:52:34) Megas was content to mind his own damn business but, when he slowly began to acknowledge that this was not the same energetic cub he was used to, he slowed to a stop in the courtyard, turning his attention on the child. It wasn't like Megas could console him or...for that matter, had any intention to. Instead, he just frowned and tilted his head, only to place a paw in front of the child to stop him in whatever path he was going so Megas could turn and position his body to face the child head on. What was it that Drak had done??? Megas spread his forepaws, just slightly lowering his chest with ears tall and forward, the fiersome devil that he was. Well if the kid was gonna mope around, they might as well be productive too. He locked those silver eyes on the child, refusing to let him ignore the challenge. (15:57:57) Yusef's little head was lowered towards the ground, his eyes squinty. Perhaps that was because of the headache? And so he didn't immediately notice Megas' challenge and instead bumped right into him! BONK. Finally he raised his head and blinked up at him. Oh.... He didn't seem as enthusiastic, but he shifted himself into fight position.(16:09:18) Valiria. The pack had moved onto the other den, but Valiria was amongst the few stragglers and post-holders that were at the log. In fact, she had been napping when the others moved about. Seeing as she wasn't exactly told to stay or anything, she figured there was no harm in chasing after the others. After all, Val was part of the original search party that foudn the den, she figured it'd be helpful to have someone whos somewhat familiar with the place. So off she went, sniffing about and bounding on after em, tail in the air, the soreness of herfight last night slowly being worked out of her muscles. Boy that was a fun one. Valirie had never fought a smaller opponent before, and never expected such ferocity. Kid sure did his dads proud, and if not, well they should be proud. Yus was tough as hell. She had to slam him down, and luckily knock him out to get him to yeild. While the others counted this as a victory, Valiria didn't see it so. She would've rpeferred winning by one of them [c] (16:13:04) Valiria. submitting, or dying, BUT killing the golden son would probably not bode well, and she wasn't too eager to die herself. Especially at the jaws of a kid younger than her. Oh well, she'd take the 'victory' and mentally schedule another fight with the boy when he grew closer to her size. That would be a fun one indeed. Gal huffed, wrinkling her nose a bit. She deffinitely needed to do some strength training if she was going to stay on par with the others. Hell, the pup's grip was crazy strong. Though she could probabl match up now, she wouldn't at this rate when he was her size. Anywho, Valiria had finally stumbled upon the crowd at the abandoned den they found earlier. Finally they were getting a real home. Tail wagged excitedly as she took a spot by the group, listening to the conversations, though her mind was wandering back to the figthing prospects. In fact, she was so lost in her ind she barely heard what Drakovs said, only catching the gist of 'go check out the [c] (16:15:19) Valiria. neighbors. Well, don't mind if she do! In fact, Valiria was going to ask the Tsar if she ccould volunteer for the duty, herself. Though, this just tok one step out of the process. Nodding, somewhat to herself, and to the Tsar, she accepted the challenge. It would be an interesting mission, one of diplomacy, but possibly of danger. And with that, gal set off to go and find out what she could. If, in a few hours, no unfound packs were contaccted, she'd come back for a bit of R&R, before setting off again, perhas in a new direction. Hmm. [d](16:29:00) Drakov flops down on the sidelines to watch the spar(16:41:29) Cinnema was curious about the area so she set off in the opposite direction of the river, to scout around and clear her head. [not focused anymore sigh](16:45:11) Megas didn't bother hiding the disappointment in his expression when Yusef seemed distracted still by his sulking. Very well then, if that's how it was gonna be. He, without any preliminary or prior movement, swung a paw swiftly at the child, and if it made connection, he'd bowl the cub over, demanding his full undivided attention, otherwise Megas would just continue to swipe at him and knock him over if he tried to get up, unless of course the child moved fast enough to avoid his paws!(17:16:47) Yusef had prepared himself before the initial swipe, though he didn't at all seem as...enthusiastic about it. Was this how he went? Probably. Drak didn't even acknowledge him--was that how it felt to be even lower than the lowest? A swift leap to the side had him avoiding the paw, and purely out of impulse did he twist his head and move to attempt to sink his teeth into that still-outstretched limb while had the moment.(17:53:15) Megas paw swung and, thankfully, missed, though with the teeth digging into his ankle afterwards, he wasn't so sure he appreciated the sentiment as much. Alas, he would not cease his movement, giving Yusef very little time to secure a grip while he aimed to just fling the kid off immediately, like a person trying to fling off a spider without second thought. He needed to consider what he was doing, since he was certain fatal injury to the kid would end in his own death. How did you fight something significantly weaker than you? Better yet, how did you fight something significantly weaker than you that clearly didn't want to fight?(17:59:14) Yusef's teeth sank in deeper, even as Meg's attempted to fling him off. His body flailed a bit but, moreso than actual desire to fight, it was an automatic reaction to dig in deeper. Even so, he was at a disadvantage--he couldn't do much of anything in this situation, and so he eventually released, though it was unfortunately right at the moment that Meg's swung to fling him away and so he took a small detour through the air.(18:04:46) Drakov: Proped posture allowed for a nice little show, in the form of adult beating child yet again. Though with how things were proceeding well.. He just couldn't sit on the sidelines. This was absolutely depressing, ridiculous! What was his boy doing?! Lip curled in distaste at what he was seeing, before paws thrusted him to stand in one quick smooth stride. "Tha fuck iz zis, Yus?! You half asleep? Stop bullshitting around and pin her!" No offense to Megas of course, it wasn't spoken as if she were purely THAT incapable! But he'd high hopes for this one of all his brewed, at right now... He really WAS proving to be a disappointment. Jaws remained split but an inch or so apart in a silent snarl, as he closed into the scene with little concern for whether they continued or if he were to get caught in the middle. HE WAS ON A DAMN MISSION.[c] (18:07:57) Drakov: Whether Megas stopped or not, Drak's course lead straight for Yus, and wherever he was teeth would aim to snap down across his spine whereever possible and twist to one side. Solely for the sake of flooring him in one smooth movement, rather than cause injury or anything of the sort. "You look pathetic.. Get on your damned feet and show her! You've faught vell before, vhy is zis so different?! Vhat holds you back?!" Who'd'a thought something so simple would prove to be a hot button for the Tsar... Except everyone. Duh. [e](18:11:32) Megas placed his paw back down, heedless of the sting from those teeth, and stared at Yusef. The string of Drakov's attempt to demean him via pronouns went right over his head, gone. Woosh there it went. Goodbye gender binary, see you later! Instead, the king came barreling in, obviously as lost as Megas was about the kids almost nonresponsive attitude. Let the counseling session begin? ...well... 'Counseling'. (18:16:20) Yusef scrabbled at the ground as he was gripped and thrown, before getting back to his feet but looking SO trodden. Which was not a normal look for the normally- vibrant Yusef! He brought his gaze back up to Drak and over to Megas for a moment, glancing between the two. All at once, his eyes welled with tears--WHAT? CRYING? YUSEF NEVER CRIED. For that matter, the damn thing hadn't even cried when his ears and tail were removed! But...-failure-? Failure was enough to remind him that he was, in fact, the lowest of the low. ".....I..." he sniffed,"..I f..failed... I lost... I..I said I'd never lose..und..und I lost..." Perhaps what the adults didn't know--actually, it was highly obvious they didn't know--that the soft, malleable minds and hearts of children had a nasty habit of blaming everything on themselves. He was of the belief that only winners were worthy, as Drak and Vad and even Cin had constantly shown. "..Lost...to some...-new- girl...Und...Und zat makes me useless..." (18:22:46) Yusef's head fell, doing his utmost not to let those SHAMEFUL, HORRIBLE tears fall,"....I tried...I vanted..I vanted to earn love.." Oh, right, THAT conversation. The FEELSy one. "..But I can't..." [THERE WE GO, NOW YOU CAN POST.](18:30:26) Drakov: Stirn stance was maintatined as Yus seperated and .. even burst into tears. Welp. There was no hiding the dramatic confusion that welled within the father, brows furrowed and his curled lip smoothed to a flat line. "Losing iz not vhat makes you fail boy. You earn food through fighting not because losing makes you unvorthy, but because it makes you try zat much harder next time." Ew talking.. But FINALLY some things had clicked in the Tsar. His child was lacking in defined understanding of the world and the packs morals. With a groan of displeasure, rump met the earth, tail flicking anxiously behind him. "Ve zee greatness in you Yus, because of you vill to work harder. Zis... Passetic moping and pity for yourself is vhat makes you weak. Falling prey to your own emotions. BAH! Look vhat it does to you!? You vere getting knocked around like a bug! Zat is not vhat ve are. Ve fight even vhen ve KNOW ve're going to lose. Because losing makes us stronger." Bastard would snort out very[]c (18:35:49) Drakov: matter of factly. "If you believe you're a failure... It's just because you allow yourself to be." And while he wanted not for something so meager and petulant to be what really stood between his son and conquering any obstacle! He would not go mooshy on him. Pfft. Paws shuffled him over to the boy, though hesitant as ever.. What he was preparing to do went against his usual mindset. Head hovered above Yus's, staring down with a look that suggested he were but useless prey. Though.. Instead of assault, he leaned in a gave a single lick to the boys skull, and turned back to wards the den. Position was reclaimed as a spectator with a thud as body hit ground and preped to get comfy. "No go kick her ass. " Right mother fucking now.[e] (18:39:34) Megas's face contorted in discomfort and confusion as this little shining star was suddenly raining on everyones parade. Ah, shit. Awkward, he turned his attention elsewhere as Drakov tried to do what Megas was tenaciously avoiding; comforting the kid. Awkies. He sat down, waiting, appointing his attention everywhere except the uh...bonding session. These kinds of things were personal, right? Probably. At the dismissive tone from Drakov, Megas' attention returned to the cub, and he stood. If the kid was truly weak, surely he'd be no match for Megas, and until proven otherwise, that's how Megas would treat him. He re-postured, baring his teeth at the kid. Come on, now. Show everyone exactly what you're made of(Cinnamon Buns, Drakov, and a little bit of Vadimir). (18:56:09) Yusef's eyes were squeezed shut, expecting the feel of teeth to rend his skull from his neck--but instead...instead he got the gentle lick of encouragement. He pried his eyes open, still not certain if that was real, only to have Drakov's words reach his ears. He blinked back his little tears--in time, he would learn that his emotions were not to be discarded but to be used. But for now,he sniffled and drew in a few deep breaths in an attempt to center himself before launching back at Megas.(19:09:06) Megas's lips twitched in a grin. There was that little fireball they all expected so much out of. He sidestepped the lunge, as opposed to jumping into it like he usually would, using the cubs momentum to his advantage and launching right back at him, using his shoulder in a full-bodied shove that had a date with Yusef's, eagerly abusing his own significant size difference now that they were both fighting.[sorry short, excited ABOUT PUP AVS](19:46:23) Yusef's shoulder was smashed into, and he rolled into the action. He dropped down and rolled to his feet with the momentum of the shove, trying to leap back to his feet to turn and face the scarred mix and launch at him--but not for his face. Instead for his shoulders! [TEENYPOSTS] (19:52:51) Megas should've honestly seen that coming, but unfortunately had not. He should really pay more attention to the spars, though he supposed it wouldn't be long before Drakov was beating him into the dirt too under the guise of training. He honestly looked forward to it. He took the hit to the shoulder, considering he'd already been moving forward when the kid got back up(size and speed differences and all that woohoo), but that was okay because Yusef would have to avoid Megas' snapping teeth to get there anyway, aiming to clamp those pearly whites around a hind leg and pull! ---possibly ended? idek

Fuckin' Hell, What Is This?!?
MISSION:: Med. fight, Bully Bully & Easy fight, Intruder
(21:51:54) [#] Cinnema rolls 1d20 & gets 15. (success with injury)
Cinnema walked off to explore the area to the east of the territory, to both find out what was there and to try to clear her mind. It hadn’t happened on purpose, she was sure. But Nida’s words as they sauntered away to find the new den, they’d struck something in her and broke down a wall that she hadn’t realized had been built. “Get a room!” had been called out. Logically, how could that affect someone? It hadn’t quite bothered Cin in the first moment, but in the second she was torn. Her first reaction was to snap at her friend for saying such a thing, but another part of her...didn’t seem to mind, and in fact was almost okay with it. Thus sparked the internal strife, the flood of feeling that fell upon her while they were traveling as she debated how to even proceed.. She’d pushed it back for the sake of focusing on their intent of claiming the new den, but the minute they were settled, the problem seed sprouted and grew.
She’d left when she realized that, even abandoning her prized tail at the den, with intent to explore but her mind having other plans. Her thoughts consumed her and she had to sit, leaning against the side of a tree at what she assumed would be the edge of their territory, in order to sort out it out. What all these emotions meant. Honestly, allowing herself to feel was something she’d blocked off, bottled up, in favor of moving on and becoming new and strong. But there was that fluttery, tight feeling in her chest. Because of Nida’s words, damn her, she was struggling and feeling things about Drakov and realizing it fully. Surely, it wasn’t her friend’s fault, but she was too busy being irrational to think that way. And it was more than the tight feeling. The reaction, possibly stemming from that, was this urge and desire to be near him and do whatever the hell he would ask of her, without question. She’d accepted she’d do absolutely anything for him already, but. Now with these discovered thoughts and emotions, and realizing that he was most likely completely oblivious to any of this, it was almost desperate and crazy.
The kind of crazy that led a wolf to follow her father from place to place for the first year of her life.
As that very thought struck her, Cin let out a rippling snarl, shaking with the rage she suddenly felt. She recognized these emotions now as those she’d sworn off after Zeeke had abandoned her, right after finding her and taking her in, attempting to teach her something. It had been buried deep and reawakened, and it hurt like hell. This moment, she wanted to absolutely destroy something, get rid of this weakness that was purging her very soul. With a whirling turn she’d circle the tree she’d been leaning against, looking up to spot a branch. Much like the Russians often did, she saw a branch that was just high enough for her to dangle from, and she leaped at it. Jaws caught it and she went to quick work, trying to shred it, the pain and tearing that was going on in her gums almost a relief. It was something.. But she couldn’t hold on for long, her teeth easily becoming sore. She wasn’t used to this kind of torture, and soon dropped, spatting out her blood and panting for a moment, adrenaline coursing through her and fighting back the storm raging beneath her skin.
After a moment of standing there, blood rushing in her ears, another sound had her spinning in place, tail raised up high and not bothering to care about that detail. Her eyes immediately caught on a stranger standing before her, of a cream-like complexion with white markings. Not that she cared, as her lip curled to expose now bloodied teeth at the male. He paused, almost startled by her reaction, but a slow grin came across his face and his posture was aloof, confident, even when stared down by the tormented queen. “’Aving fun, lass? Got’a prick in your side?” he said in a cocky, accented voice, a fact that managed to piss her off further just like that.
Cinnema’s gaze would narrow at him, giving hard stare right into his dark blue eyes. She was already growling as he’d opened his mouth to speak. “That’s none of your business, and I suggest you turn tail and leave. I don’t have time for you.” The words rang out with a snarl, eyes narrowed and her voice, unlike his, so obviously dangerous. She wasn’t playing around, not with a random wolf who had the nerve to walk up to her and act like that, as if he wasn’t in any sort of danger.
And he sure seemed to believe that was the case, that or Cin would cave under his confidence and let him be. He flashed her a smile, pulling his chin up to stand tall. Quite a few inches taller than her, but then that was easily done and was something she was used to. His voice rang out the same, but more taunting. He continued strolling near, headed in the direction of the den. “Touchy, touchy, dove. If ya treat every wulf like ‘at, you won’t be making friends quick a’all.” A soft rumble was emitted from his chest, but sounding like a purr more than a growl. As he talked, tail raised in the air and head tilted cruelly. “Don’t you ‘ave manners?”
Just the way his voice sounded, it was like grating nails on a chalkboard to her ears. A single warning would be given anymore. “If you take another step, you’ll be on Vechnyy territory.” The growl vanished from her voice, instead low and silky. She was hoping he would. Please, give her a reason to attack, to rip the fuck out of his throat.
The stranger did just that, with a laugh and a snort. A few easy steps, and he was past the point of safety. In a flash Cin was rushing at him, much to his idiotic surprise. His false bravado melted away in the presence of her fury, replaced by surprise. As if he hadn’t thought she’d do it! What a fucking idiot! Her jaws easily found the side of his face from that perpendicular angle she was running at him, using back paws to push up and scrape her paws against his shoulder and side of neck, sliding down to brace against his leg as teeth tore as his face and ear before snapping at his scruff and giving a fierce tug. In the shock of the attack, he’d tried to bolt, much to his detriment. The motion away as well as her grip on his scruff had him toppling just like she’d wanted, and she was repositioning and moving over him in seconds.
On his side and desperate, the intruder’s head would turn to snap his fangs out at her face as she leaned over him, latching on and tearing a decent wound into her right cheek. But she did not stop, fueled by that pain. Her jaws snapped and tore, going after his throat, side of his face, other ear and shoulder. All of the frustration she’d felt in the past few hours, probably, was being raged out on this cocky son of a bitch, with no regrets or holding back. However, as much as she wanted to, she wasn’t aiming to kill him. Even as she was inflicting wound after wound, tearing and slashing, he shifted, pulling back legs up and aimed to kick the queen and get her off of him. To her dismay, it landed quite hard, causing her to stumble to the side and away from where she was hard at work!
The blow snapped Cinnema somewhat out of the haze she’d fallen into, blood her only goal, to recognize the feeling of blood running from the gash in her cheek. She didn’t even know how deep it was, not able to see her own face, but her green eyes turned back to the blonde boy who had taken the opportunity and rolled up to find his legs. She watched, gaze nearly blurred, as he stumbled for a moment and then flashed his angry teeth at her with a snarl. “Crazy bitch,” he snarled, spatting the words, before taking what little pride he had left and running the hell away.
Her breath came to her then in gulps, her own legs shaking beneath her. Eyes closing a little, she’d fall to sit, the wound upon her face still bleeding freely. Well, that was one thing she couldn’t do anything about. But after that few minutes of insanity, she’d felt some sort of control over her life after feeling as though she’d broken only ten minutes prior. It was nice, the tension ebbing from her after her outburst. She didn’t feel bad about hurting the intruder, seeing as how she felt now. Rationality returned to her mind, as did the few butterflies in her stomach. But now she could deal with it a little better, she thought. Maybe. It definitely wasn’t something that was going to cause her to neglect the pack or her duties, no sir. Putting herself after the pack was something she did well, and the emotion that Nida had unlocked in her with a simple stupid phrase could be dealt with better for the time being.
Of course, it was probably only a matter of time before that choking feeling returned and she ended up actually doing something about it. Sigh, did someone have to go turn the key that opened the box buried within her heart? It was such a burden to deal with again.
With the overwhelming anger and frustration now draining from her, she would stand and turn to saunter on home. The blood from the blonde male stained her front half, her own having run down her face before it would eventually slow and clot, but she would worry about that later. Her eyes seemed tired as she returned back home, sauntering up uncaringly regardless of who was occupying the courtyard. A slight huff escaped her lips as she’d gently pick up her abandoned monochrome tail, setting it between her paws as she’d drop to the ground and gaze around should anyone be present and likely staring at her. Well, who could blame them? It was her second violent act within days. She wouldn’t blame them for being surprised. For now, her emotions were in check, though lingering irritation could very well make itself known should she be bothered. Oh well.

TRAINING NEVER ENDS Medium Fight - Spar
Kajmere decided, at the pinnacle of night, as the moon lay thoroughly cloaked behind a wall of stout clouds. That now was the perfect time to try his spot at hunting. Without the moon for proper illumination, even with his keen eyesight, it was difficult for Kaj to rely on usual methods of discerning his surroundings. Sight, scent, sound. It'd have to reverse, not that he minded overly much. If the sudden absence of one sense was crippling enough to hinder life. Kajmere had no right to be alive. Not as he saw it. This is exactly what he'd focus on training monny, when the time came. Ears rotated in their sockets, picking up the sound of a large group, cloven hooves stamping into the ground as they milled about the water's edge. Splashes and squeaky brays were heard, and Kajmere could guess a pair of bucks were having a dispute. Perfect distraction, as any. Kajmere crept along, keeping to the fringes of the woods as it shrouded the ground in the deepest layer of shadows. Aside from a pair of glowing eyes, Kaj was formless, and as he allowed himself to scan the area ahead, he'd search for the weakest targets; disabled, young, pregnant, elderly. Any and all whom would be better of dead, for their sake as the rest of the herd.
Smug was happy with the new home that the pack had claimed. FINALLY. Something bigger, better and a whole lot less rotting than that stupid log. The thought of it made her nose wrinkle with the memory of the smell. Ugh. Snort was given to dispel it while paws padded quietly on the grass. She loved her nightly walks. The world was a much different place out here at night. It embodied all of the peace and sereneness that had been the complete opposite in the nighttime of her old life. There it had been all fighting and blood, when the humans could do as they pleased as if the darkness hid all of their evils. Because their territory was still newly claimed, she had been running the borders and area to ensure their markers were in place and nothing trespassed knowing or unknowingly. Keen night vision had always been a strong suit having been raised in darkness, but the clouds made it hard for even nocturnal animals to see well. As she neared the waters, the sounds of a herd could be heard just outside Vechnyy lands. Hmm... Body dropped to a stalker's crouch that inched her forward, senses pushing their limits to assess the situation. A different scent caught her attention before she reached the clearing in which they stayed, a strange male. Frame altered directions to creep closer to the edge of the foliage, downwind of the other. Woman would simply observe since he wasn't crossing on pack lands. He was most likely hunting.
Kajmere felt troubled. Most of these individuals were completely healthy. He couldn't smell anything off, no disease, blood, puss. And hard as he dared his peepers could detect no abnormalities either, even when he strained his eyeballs to their limits. It was perfectly logical that he could simply rally the bunch of them into a muddled mass of confusion, but even then. Chaos begets calamity, and calamity begets blood. Even if that very blood often plows the earth to be re-populated once more. Kajmere was in no rush to get his jaw severed by a well-aimed kick to the face. He didn't notice Mug's appearance at first, but when the disturbance of the air and the soft rustling of grass as it was tickled by feathery brushes of paws. Kajmere whipped his head around, nostrils widening as he urged his nose to suck in her personal badge of office. Kajmere stiffened, gaze becoming feral and wary. This was one of Vechnyy. She smelled just as the Queen had. Fur bristled and he showed his teeth, but no sounds left his lips. He was in a pickle now. A real spot. Did she plan to cause him harm? Her stance was non-threatening. But did that assure she MEANT no harm? Body shifted toward her, his prowling stance practiced and sturdy. He wasn't looking at her as another canine, a potential friend, ally. He saw competition, danger... potential prey. He paused. Go after the deer, and be threatened with injury or death. Or go after the stranger, and be threatened with injury or death? HMM. So many choices to choose from! Paws lifted alternatively to carry him into a swift trot that evolved into a run, glowing eyes bouncing in the night like twin lights. Deer shrieked in surprise and fear at the fast moving object, dashing hither and thither to avoid whatever it was. Too bad they failed to notice, it wasn't aimed at them.
Smug could almost feel the change in Kaj as he noticed her, her senses on such high intensity focused on him. Body urged her to tense and threaten, but she forced her posture to remain neutral in order to show him that she had no intention of going on the offensive, but ready to spring toward or away in a moment. Time ticked by as she awaited his move, knowing that he had noticed her presence. Would he continue his hunt, run, or come after her? She had no idea until he began moving toward her. WELL. At least she was in good shape again, no wounds festering or cracked ribs to restrict her movements. She was not one to back down from a fight, but was it necessary? Warning growl was given before he began to outright run at her. "I have no intention of attacking," she snapped at him. Body leaped out into the clearing where the herd was in a frantic state, drawing him out into the open as well. Hackles raised and lips peeled back to reveal filed ivories as she faced down her opponent. She was ready for anything the other might do.
Kajmere's dash slowed as he neared his target, readying himself for any counter-measures she might unleash. The warning growl had Kaj squinting. Hm... her defensive maneuvers had him slowing, sliding round to a stop as he faced her, listening to what she had to say. Interesting. Growled in return, a way of saying, 'I got it' without actually having to utter the exact phrase. He didn't care for it. Speaking, that is. He examined her, body language, fangs, the whole kit n' kabootle. With a subtle motion, he'd nod. Just then a deer came crashing through the undergrowth, it's eyes solid black as it's pupils dilated to their fullest extent in fear. It was heading right for Mug. With only a split second to make a decision, Kajmere sprinted forward, bellowing out" 'OLD STILL!" And then he'd jump, aiming to land upon her shoulders before repeating the process not a second later. If he succeeded he'd aim jaws right for the deer's face who, surprised and terrified by Kajmere's unusually booming vocals, reared and squealed. Jaws would aim to enclose on the deer's mouth and, applying the full pressure of his jaws, would aim to crush the hollow cavity where the nose lay. If successful he and the deer would fall in a thrashing heap, it's horrible lamentations dying away as blood rushed into it's lungs, suffocating it. Not exactly how a usual canine killed things, but. Hey. One must remain flexible. Should it all go as planned, Kaj would turn around to gaze openly at the woman, his mouth tainted with gore as ghostly peepers alighted onto her mossy-tinged ones. And then, without a word, he'd nod toward the dying animal, and then settle into a crouch, jerking his head in the universal sign of, come get some. Technically without her, Kaj wouldn't have been able to make such a quick, clean kill with all the deer throwing such a fit. But he wasn't about to let her have all of it. So, what better way to decide who got what, then with a good old fashioned SPAR?
Smug loosened slightly as the male affirmed that he understood and made no offensive move to her. Part of her was slightly disappointed, the part that had been trained to thrive on the fight. The male had distracted her enough that she almost didn't catch the frantic beast, but the crashing hooves were hard to miss. Body tensed back up as head swung to confront it, leg muscles bunched getting ready to lunge just as the male's voice rang out loud and clear. Barely a fraction of a hesitation passed as she realized what he had planned and strategic woman complied. Head lowered and stance widened to brace herself for his weight as well as preparing to launch herself after him should he need the help. Good thing she was a beast of a mutt and could easily hold his weight as he pushed off of her shoulders. Olive eyes watched his every move as he took the beast down. She was a good fighter yes, but her lack of experience in hunting made her still relatively novice when it came to larger prey. Appreciative touch of a smile ghosted her features as he swung to meet her and challenged the fem. Oh goodie! Nothing sent her blood racing like a good spar. Instead of turning to meet him head on, she lowered her head and bared her teeth in a taunting grin, keeping her side to him in a defensive yet oddly loose stance.
Kajmere saw that she wished for him to take the first move. Well then, he could do that! With her side facing him, her body half curled to face him. Eyes rolled wildly in their sockets as he located and analyzed all of her anatomy, before sprinting swiftly. There would be no time for her to move out of the way, but how she chose to retaliate. That he couldn't predict. Seconds before impact jaws aimed for her front.
Smug watched him with her smile and bright eyes as he assessed her. Recognition flashed as he launched himself at her, aiming for her front half. In the split second before impact she gauged his speed to make it near impossible to stop himself mid trajectory. As his jaws snapped open, Smug dropped into a roll absorbing his impact which, with his speed, would put his weight on top of her. Teeth would aim to loosely grab at neck or shoulder fur while legs would push underneath and up, aiming to basically vault him over her and allowing her to roll after him back onto her feet. If succeeded, Smug would have either launched him far enough to get up and immediately jump at him with her forward momentum or reverse their positions and end up on top.
Kajmere kept vigilant watch over the woman the whole while paws carried him through the short distance that kept them apart, and when she dropped, even though Kaj kept close watch on every inch of her movement. He couldn't have expected something so sudden. But he could plan around it. The instant teeth were felt on his collar-bone (right on the junction between neck and chest) Kaj's jaws, already widened to their fullest, would aim to close over the side of her neck, close to her scruff but inches under it. Should his hold be firm, arms would seek to wrap around her shoulders/base of her neck, though loosely, while lower body curled into itself. Thus when paws came to smash him up and over, he drove back limbs into her chest to slam her into the ground and cease her roll mid-rotation, their combined thrust of limbs throwing him away as he let go the moment he felt himself torn from her. Kajmere, should all of this succeed, force him half on his side and half on his paws. Even as he skidded he'd kick paws into the ground to push him forward, jaws opened once more as ears pinned and body slung low as he tried to get at her either while she was still down, or in the process of getting up. Of course, it all depended on just how quickly he'd managed to press on, versus her own attempts to right herself.
Smug could feel his movements jarring her fluid momentum. It sent him flying, but left her mid-roll. Instead of trying to get back to her feet, since she knew with her bulk and the fact that he was lunging toward her again that she would be caught while trying to rise, giving him the advantage. Instead the woman would pull her limbs into herself, pivoting on her back to angle them towards his oncoming figure. It would look like she was indeed in the attempts of righting herself to anyone, but as his body made contact with hers again maw would jab out to guard against his own in a defense fashion, not latching on to anything, and limbs would once again thrust forward. She had the brunt of her strength beside such a kick that if it didn't succeed in launching him backwards, either pushing him off balance or forcing him away, it would catch him in the chest or belly and force the wind out of him. Either way would give her time to get her feet under her and push off to come at him and take advantage of either situation by pushing the full weight of herself on his frame.
Kajmere was ready this time. His jaws would purposefully snap on air as he closed the distance. His body, already low-slung, bottom half nigh scraping the ground as powerful back limbs coiled and sprung him forward. He hadn't come to a full stop, so his momentum carried him forward hopefully in the same instant she drove herself forward, the crown of his head affording a sucker-punch to her muzzle, open mouth, or cheek. Entirely dependent on how/which direction she was snapping from. If she tried to continue with her forward motion, should his move not knocked her back, Kaj would, carrying on his forward motion, aim to slam his chest into hers, further driving her back onto the ground.
Smug. Skull to skull contact caused teeth to grind. She figured this time he would have a counterattack or prepare for her underhanded moves so she took a hit to get him close. Front legs changed their goal as she realized that he was going to attempt to slam into the woman's chest. Instead of pushing him away like originally intended, legs would wrap around his neck and body would coil back to absorb the impact as if pulling him in for a hug. It still smarted, the chest to chest contact, but it would have affected both of them. While securely holding neck, powerful hind legs would continue on their intended track to thrust at his belly while his momentum and body slam would rock her back, rump leaving ground from both movements. This time he would be hard pressed with such momentum and proximity to avoid being thrown over her while she rolled with him. If forearms managed to keep hold throughout, she would end up on top and slam crown into his jaw to force his head up and into the ground. If not, he would be thrown away and as her back paws touched solid ground again she would push off and leap away before swinging back to meet him.
Kajmere, the moment his and Smug's chest connected, he would spread those jaws to envelope the thick of her neck, inches from the center of her throat. The bite was solely for the purpose of acting as an anchor. When forelimbs attached to his neck and back limbs kicked to see him flown off or slammed, Kajmere simply used both actions to further fuel his velocity. But wherever the head went, so the body went. And with his head and jaws positioned on her neck, upper body would jerk hard to slam her head right into the ground. His lower body would flop over to the opposite side, Smug would either be on her back if momentum halted, or if momentum continued on her side, while Kaj's lower half would be on it's side, perpendicular to her, while his upper body would be partially on the side, with his limbs on either side of her.
Smug had expected her head to hit ground so neck curled with it as body rolled to lessen the impact. Body had continued with the male's and landed beside him, both on their sides facing each other. At least her top half was finally able to get the higher ground as paws released from around the base of the skull to plant on either side of his head as she moved. One paw slid down to his collar to hold him as she used her weight as the advantage and threw it all on top of him. Instead of swinging hind leg over to plant on either side of his body, woman would use the top leg to plant against his top hip and press his legs on top one another together, immobilizing the male's lower half with her weight. It might not have been the most graceful looking of moves as she flopped on top of him, but it would be effective if it worked. Cackling laugh escaped from her throat as both bodies were so entangled together. What mighty fun this was indeed! It would be hard for him to breathe as her dead weight lay on top of him and hind leg swung around his ass to plant on the other side of him.
Kajmere felt lower half hit the ground adjacent to her, and as forepaws worked to right him he felt her shift. Back legs kicked at the ground as his middle rotated his hips, a gift from his head's elevation. When he felt her reach for earth he pressed forward, his aim to keep her head and neck pinned to the ground. For if she could not rotate her head and neck forward and up, the rest of her body was likewise limited. Neck and shoulder muscles bunched and roiled as Kaj worked to get his body righted. Her paws pressing against him made the task difficult, but he kept his stance wide and low. Should he manage to come to all fours, he would hold her there for a moment, until she stilled, before releasing and stepping away.
Smug would still, allowing the male to win. Once released she would roll on her back with legs flailing as she enjoyed the feeling of grass on her back, tongue lolled out, before rising to her feet. Woman would shake the grass and dirt that clung to her fur out before lowering rump to ground and lifting back paw to scratch behind where ear should be. Ahh that felt good. Gaze would then settle on the male for a second before sneeze would claim face. Rising once more, woman would give a quick wink before turning to make her way back to Vechnyy and leaving the male with his claim. Back to business as usual. LALALALALA.
Kajmere panted, finally allowing himself to take a breath. What a hefty woman, and not just in size alone. Turning Kaj would latch jaws into the deer, biting and wrenching to pull and tug and otherwise pull free a back limb. Took awhile, especially since their spar had tuckered him the hell out. But the remaining dregs of adrenaline aided in his endeavor, and soon enough he was wrestling the meat free and carrying the large drumstick over to her, planting it at her forepaws. There was no smile, nor humor or aught else in his demeanor. But recognition shined in his eyes, and he would bow his head to her. "Fair ye well, o' fine n' braw huntress." And then he'd grab hold of the deer and begin the arduous task of dragging it back home.... he'd probably take a nap in between.
Smug gobbles instead of sharing.

Give Me All You Got -Missing the first part of this rp. Will add later-
Cortés felt the woman go for his limbs, and in turn, would feel the pain upon them. However he used the pain to his advantage. Knowing she was beneath him, made the man's next move a breeze. Fighting past the needle like incisions on his person, he would keep hold, since he still had her scruff within his mouth, would use his shoulders and back legs as a means to knock the woman down from her standing position. She was already twisted in an awkward angle, at least to Cort, anyway. So he pushed forward, back legs propelling against the Earth to defy gravity momentarily. His shoulder would also be used, the very point of hit aiming against the woman's own shoulder, if possible. If he succeeded, he'd fall atop the woman during his movements, his velocity not allowing him the luxury of slowing down.
Valiria: With her initial success, jaws landing and gripping onto the foreleg of her mentor. She put the pressure on, hoping his own grip on her scruff would lesson, only to find Cortes had something else planned. In just a short second, he pushed her down, and was on top of her, completely pinning the mutt down. Well shit. Valiria honestly didn t know how to move from here. It seemed in her first fight as Corte s student, she d had her work cut out for her. So gal did what she could with the situation she was in. Pinned, gal tried to squirm about, judging how much room she had to maneuver, while trying to nudge herself out. After a moment of that, she d, if possible what with Cort s grip on her scruff, try to pull herself on her side and kick the male s legs. It was a difficult thing to achieve, but if she could, she d aim to knock him off his leg and push herself free.
05/19/15 19:15:12 * Cortés would feel himself fall atop the woman, his brunt force simply knocking the girl down. He'd been successful in that endeavor, but he was far from done. When the girl beneath him began to squirm, Cortes would release the woman's fluffy nape, and attempt to jab forward, much like how a German shepherd would attack, though his aim wasn't the fluff again. It was the side of her face, where the tender snout was located. His body felt the woman's kicking, and she was dangerously close to his groin from the position he was in. So he'd try to shift, his own leg blocking the woman's from damaging anything important.
Valiria's kicking seemed to do no god, in fact, it was blocked. So, gal would rethink her strategies, perhaps pulling abit in Cortes' grasp. Though, it seemed it didn't need to come to that. As soon as Cort's grasp on her scruff was released, Val would shoot her own jaws towards him, aiming up, twisted at an odd angle yet again. She was too slow again, however, as Cort's own attack for her face happened to be timed just with hers. This awkward timing would have their jaws inevitably clash, though with Valiria being mostly husky, hers were much smaller, and muzzle would easily be caught in Cort's grasp. Well shit.
Cortés;would not halt his attacks whatsoever. There would be a moment for him to breathe, but now was not the time. He needed to test the girl. Gauge her skill. Overall he was impressed. She managed to get a few hits in, his leg stinging a bit because of it. The kicking though, he wasn't happy with. Not because of anything wrong, but because he was not looking to be losing his balls anytime soon, hell no. It may have seemed like hours passing by, sometimes a fight could do that to you, but in reality it was only seconds, or at most, minutes. In any case, Cortes' hit managed to land, his jaws had perfectly captured the snout of the girl, and he'd twist his mouth, almost as if he were giving an Indian burn, and would drag his teeth atop the woman's flesh until he yanked his jaw downward to get at the woman's neck. His aim was for the general area beneath the woman's chin, an effort to essentially bring the woman in a vise-like grip. He wanted to curb the woman's breathing by applying pressure upon her windpipe. Of course his intention wasn't to kill her, but to bring her into submission. This is of course, if his action worked in his favor.
Valiria when Cort grabbed her snout, Val gave an involuntary jerk, grazing his teeth against her muzzle before he did so himself. A grumble rumbled in her throat in reaction, which was her natural reaction to pain, instead of yelps. Those usually came with surprise. So when Cort pulled his teeth on her muzzle by choice, that warrented another growl, and squinting of her eyes. When he grabbed at her throat, well Val hadn't been expecting it, and well she flayled a bit. NEver before had she been near suffocated like this, so the pressure on her trachea was a frightening and unwelcome sensation. Her breathing stresse, eventually brought Val down again. She wasn't sure how to submit really, she had never done so before. So the proud woman went limp, reluctantly, expecting Cortes to take this as her submission.
Cortés didn't want to kill the girl, so when she went limb, he momentarily freaked. Though he felt her breathing, though labored, as her belly went up and down, despite her lack of movement. He released her gently, licking over the very spot he had taken hold. He'd then move his nose over to the woman, slightly attempting to lick the area as well. Any normal and sane canine would have thought him too harsh in his test, but truth be told, Cortes wasn't exactly normal. Sane? That's debatable. Still, he hadn't killed her, and that was the most important thing. Slowly he lifted himself up, his front limb protesting slightly in pain. A trickle of blood had decided to coat his pelt, toes red with the liquid. He didn't mind it though. The secret masochist that he was, enjoyed the feeling of having blood run along his limbs. It meant he was alive to feel the pain to begin with. Cortes stepped backward then, his eye running over the woman's frame. A smile on his face. "Mi disciple. You have proven that you are worth training." His expression turned soft, almost endearing. "Querido, stand and wash yourself off. We will begin our lesson another day. You will need your rest." On that, he would await any response from her before limping slightly toward the courtyard.
Valiria was relieved when Cort let her go, not because she was afraid he'd kill her, but because the sensation of near suffocation freaked her our quite a bit. Upon release, she took a few big breaths, sniffing at the air, enjoying the sensation of breathing again. Cortes certainly tested her today, though Val had no idea if the testing itself was harsh or not, never going through things like that herself. Even in the short moments of their fight, Val had certainly learned a lot from her maestro. Speed was certainly a concern in her case, with decisions and moves. As noted before in the fight with Yus, she would certainly need to work on her physical endurance and speed. Something to try later on once she'd rested a bit. As Cortes licked her wounds, Valirie's tail would wag slowly. Despite the specific spots of sharp pain, and ache in her neck muscles for being puleld harshly at strange angles, she was content. The surge of energy from the fight and return of full air made her heart beat quickly. After all this she'd certainly visit the river to clean the wounds and cool off. "Thank you, Maestro." she'd pant a bit, as her violet gaze followed her impressive teacher. The thought passed through her mind to offer to clean her wounds, but Val was so focused on his approval, that she forgot to offer. Gal stood, sickle tail wagging, held above her back. Head bowed a bit, girl wincing as she did so, neck ache and all. "I look forward to it!" Val would give him an affectionate lick on the cheek before trotting off to the riverside to clean off.
